Hotel Insteia - Polla

Convenient location, modern retro design, dog-friendly, ample parking, friendly staff, delicious set menu.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location close to the motorway, the friendly and cute staff, and the excellent breakfast. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the nice outside areas for our dog.

We spent our Christmas night at a hotel near Polla, and we were impressed with its charming atmosphere and excellent services. the hotel location was perfect for us since it was a few minutes' drive from the motorway and had easy access to many local attractions. the staff was very friendly and offered us outstanding customer service. We particularly liked their pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along with us. the onsite restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was divine!

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. We were disappointed that the hotel didn't offer a wide range of dinner options for the Christmas day menu.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the motorway, making it a great stopover for those travelling long distances. the hotel is modern and stylishly designed. Guests have praised the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, offering pleasant views of the surrounding area. the friendly staff provide excellent service, with a pet-friendly atmosphere. the hotel offers a set menu which provides great value for money, and the breakfast has also received glowing reviews. Guests have noted the decent Wifi speed as an advantage.

Some guests have mentioned that certain food items were unavailable on the menu, perhaps due to large group bookings.

This hotel was in a great location close to the motorway and had a convenient parking area. the staff were friendly and welcoming and provided a warm welcome. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well, maintained. We particularly enjoyed the modern yet retro feel, as well as the nice design features such as the circular staircase. the pet, friendly policy was also a bonus as we were travelling with our furry friend.

The menu was limited for dinner, with only two main options, and our preferred choice was not available due to a large group of people. the position of the TV in the room was odd, as it wasn't directly facing the bed.
